Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have an extended 30-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day we ship the product.

If you have ordered multiple different products in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period starts on the day on which you receive the last product.

You have 30 days from the date of shipment to let us know you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@reliefr.com or use the standard cancellation form at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing the package without notifying us.

PARTIAL CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

If you purchased multiple products from us, you can return one or more of them, even if they were purchased in a single order. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded for partial returns.
