Are you a European company?
Yes. We are a European company headquartered in Denmark. Our warehouse is located in a smaller town just outside Copenhagen, from where all orders are shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Klarna installment payments. You can also see the available payment methods during checkout.
How can I contact customer service?

My discount code isn't working. What should I do?
All discount codes are applied during checkout. If the discount isn't applied, please check the following: ensure you're using the correct code, confirm the discount code hasn't expired, and verify the correct products are in your shopping cart. Delivery & Returns
When can I expect my order?
Our delivery time is usually 2-4 working days when you order before 11:00 on a working day.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €4.90 for pickup and €5.90 for home delivery.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer several delivery methods, all of which are visible during checkout. Currently, we use PostNL, DHL, and Point Relais, as we believe they offer the highest customer satisfaction.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we don't currently have a physical store where you can pick up your order or view our products. If you're unsure whether our products are right for you, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This way, you can always try them out.
How do I return a product?
If you want to return a product, please contact our customer service at info@reliefr.com or via the contact form on the website. We'll help you create a return label. Please note: Reliefr does not reimburse return shipping costs.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service immediately, and we will arrange replacement or a return of the damaged or incorrect product. We may ask you to provide photos of the problem so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Orders
How do I know if my order has been received?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details, including an order number. Check your inbox and spam folder to make sure you received the email. If you didn't receive it, please contact our customer service.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is in the order confirmation email you receive immediately after placing your order. If you can't find it, please also check your spam or junk mail folder.
Can I change or cancel my order after payment?
Unfortunately, we may not be able to change or cancel your order after payment has been received, as we process orders as quickly as possible. If you do need to make a change, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to see if anything can be done.
Warranty & Complaints
What guarantee do you offer?
Because we have complete confidence in the performance and quality of our products, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. In addition, there is a statutory two-year warranty in accordance with consumer law.
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, but does not apply to damage or defects caused by improper use of the product. In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
How does your warranty and complaint handling work?

How can I exchange a product or my entire order?

How do I get my money back in case of a return or warranty claim?
If you'd like a refund, please contact our customer service at info@reliefr.com or via the contact form on our website. We handle returns and warranty claims daily to ensure the best possible experience.
Once we receive the product in our warehouse, it usually takes about 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
